8:00 AM — Registration Opens
9:00 AM — Shotgun Start
2:30 PM — Clubhouse Banquet - Lunch Included
5:00 PM — After Party at The Pint Downtown, anyone and everyone is welcome!
Registration
Teams of Four
- Please have your full team together before checking in, or have one person check in for the entire team.
- Have your team name or purchaser’s name ready.
- Swag bags will be handed out at registration. Don’t forget yours!
Nation Mosaic Players / Singles
- Check in using your first and last name.
- A volunteer will help connect you with your team/new friends.
Good to Know
- Bring cash as there is no ATM on site.
- Super Tickets and mulligans will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting Gregor’s Grads.
- Dress to impress! There will be a prize for the Best Dressed Team.
Food & Drinks
Thanks to our incredible hole sponsors, you’ll find plenty of food and beverages throughout the course.
Please remember that outside alcohol is not permitted. Mill Woods Golf Course and our sponsors have you covered!
Weather & Safety
We know Edmonton has experienced some unusual and unpredictable weather this summer, so we’ll be closely monitoring conditions leading up to tournament day.
If anything changes, we’ll communicate with everyone as soon as possible. Until then, no news is good news and the tournament is proceeding as planned.
On tournament day, the safety of our golfers, sponsors, volunteers and staff is our top priority. We’ll be working closely with Mill Woods Golf Course and adjusting plans if needed based on conditions.
Our volunteers will also be making the rounds throughout the day if you need anything!
