General Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the individual event or experience page, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Each event or experience may have its own cancellation and refund terms. Please review the specific details listed on the product page before completing your purchase.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by us, customers will be offered one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A full refund to the original payment method.
  • Store credit.
  • The option to transfer the purchase to a rescheduled date or another eligible event.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your purchase will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within the timeframe provided in the rescheduling notice to discuss available options.

Customer Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event, refunds are generally not available. In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may allow:

  • Transfer of your registration or ticket to another individual.
  • Store credit toward a future event.
  • Exceptions for specific events where stated in advance.

Travel Experiences

Travel packages and destination experiences are subject to the cancellation, refund, and payment policies outlined for each individual trip. These policies may differ depending on airline, hotel, tour operator, or travel partner requirements.

Any applicable deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply. Please review the specific terms provided for each travel package before booking.

No-Shows

Customers who do not attend an event or experience without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events. In these situations, any available remedies will be determined based on our agreements with venues, suppliers, and partners.

Refund Processing

When approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
